At RB Home Care, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every service we provide.

If you are not satisfied with our service or have any complaints, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can arrange a free rework.

Any requests received after our 30-day service warranty period will not be accepted.

We provide free rework for valid requests within the warranty period; however, refunds are not available, as this is a service-based business and there is no “return and refund policy” as found in product sales.

All complaints must be reported within 30 days of the service date.

Please note: If a customer directly engages a technician and books the service outside of RB Home Care’s platform, we are not responsible for any issues, and no warranty will be provided in such cases
