Refund Policy

At RB Home Care, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every service we provide.

  • If you are not satisfied with our service or have any complaints, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can arrange a free rework.

  • Any requests received after our 30-day service warranty period will not be accepted.

  • We provide free rework for valid requests within the warranty period; however, refunds are not available, as this is a service-based business and there is no “return and refund policy” as found in product sales.

  • All complaints must be reported within 30 days of the service date.

  • Please note: If a customer directly engages a technician and books the service outside of RB Home Care’s platform, we are not responsible for any issues, and no warranty will be provided in such cases
